List of processes in which the administrator processes personal data:

  1. Activities aimed at concluding and executing a contract with the Customer.
  2. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO with regard to customers who are natural persons.
  3. In the case of persons representing clients and acting on their behalf, personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO.
  4. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract and for 10 years from the end of the year in which the proceedings in which the personal data was collected ended.

Contact form:

  1. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, which indicates the legitimate interest of the data controller to answer the question asked (communication with the user).
  2. Personal data will be processed for no longer than it is necessary to provide an answer, after which time it may be processed for the period of limitation of possible claims.

Activities aimed at concluding and executing a contract with a contractor:

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO with respect to contractors who are natural persons.
  2. In the case of persons representing contractors and acting on their behalf, personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO.
  3. Data for this purpose will be processed for the contractual period.

Establishment, investigation and defense against claims:

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, which indicates the legitimate interest of the data controller to establish, assert and defend against claims.
  2. Data for this purpose will be processed until the statute of limitations for possible legal claims.

Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator regarding the maintenance of accounting and bookkeeping records, including the archiving of documents

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.
  2. The data is processed for the periods indicated by law, including the Accounting Act.
  3. As a rule, accounting documents are kept for 5 years after the end of the year in which the event in connection with which the accounting document was issued occurred.

Conducting marketing activities using electronic communication means

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, with these activities due to other applicable laws: Telecommunications Law and the Law on Provision of Electronic Services, are conducted only on the basis of the consents held for the communication channel.
  2. Data is processed until an objection is made or consent is withdrawn by active action as well.

Recipients of personal data:

Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of entities:

  1. Companies providing services to the administrator: IT, legal consulting, courier, postal services.
  2. To public entities on the basis of applicable laws.

Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations:

Personal data are not transferred to a third country or international organizations. You have the right to access your personal data (Article 15(1) of the RODO), to receive a copy of your personal data (Article 15(3) of the RODO), to rectify or update your personal data (Article 16 of the RODO), to delete your personal data (Article 17 of the RODO), to restrict the processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the RODO), and to port your personal data (Article 20 of the RODO).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of RODO. Profiling:

  1. Personal data are not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
  2. Information about the obligation to provide personal data and the consequences of not doing so.
  3. Provision of personal data is voluntary for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract and for the purpose of fulfilling the administrator's legitimate interests.
  4. In other cases, providing data is mandatory, in particular when required to fulfill a legal obligation of the administrator.
